Shipping & Delivery
Here at PHF Supplements we pride ourselves on offering the fastest shipping in the industry. Here at PHF we ship all order the same day they are ordered on all orders received before 4:30 PM EST! From time to time we have products that are being pre-sold or that we specifically list as being shipped out at a later date and these items are the only items that do not apply. We use both USPS and UPS and shipping times vary, a map showing UPS Ground shipping times from our location can be found here: UPS Ground Shipping Map
Privacy & Security
PHF Supplements takes security very seriously, all of our transactions are secured though the highest level of SSL available and we always use an AVS system to help guard against fraudulant transactions. Returns & Replacements
From time to time we understand that a purchased product may not be up to your expectations or you may have decided on another product after the previous one was already shipped out. If you simply dislike the product we ask that you first contact the manufacturer of the product as most of them have their own money back guarantees. Unfortunately we cannot take back any open or used items. If you are returning a product because you decided on something else just contact us using the contact form at the top of the page and let us know. So long as the item is unused and in the original condition you can send it back and upon receiving the item/items we will credit you back in full.
Ordering and Tracking
We try to make the ordering process as simple as possible and utilize a single page checkout system. You can either register with us or checkout as a guest. There are perks, however, to registering with us which includes the ability to track your order in the control panel, reordering previous items with one click, and having all shipping and billing information entered automatically when reordering. To track your package simply login to your account using the Account link at the top of the page, enter your username/password, then click the My Orders tab on the left side of your control panel. From here you can also manage your newsletter subscription status. It is important to note that USPS only provides delivery confirmation with minimal tracking. Per the USPS website they are not obligated to scan the package when shipping it out therefore their tracking may not update until you receive the package which confirms delivery only. To track a package more precisely use UPS which updates tracking at each location.
PHF sends out both order confirmation and shipping confirmation e-mails automatically. If you are not receiving either of these messages please check your SPAM box and also please add forumph007@gmail.com to your e-mail's safe list which will prevent it from being sent to SPAM.
Tax Policy
Tax will only be applied to billing addresses that are in the state of Florida at a rate of 6.5%. It is very important to note that tax is shown in the cart on ALL orders before you hit the checkout button since the cart does not know what state you reside in until you enter your billing/shipping information. Payments made with credit cards that have billing addresses outside the state of Florida that have orders shipped to the state of Florida will NOT be taxed.
Updating Account Information
To update account information click the My Account link at the top of the page, enter your username/password, and click on the Account Information tab on the left side of the page. This will store your information for future orders so that it is automatically entered in the cart when reordering.
