Directions:
As a dietary supplement, begin by taking 1 capsule on an empty stomach, before breakfast. If needed, take an additional capsule approximately 6 hours later on an empty stomach. After one week, you may increase the morning dosage to 2 capsules as needed. THIS PRODUCT CAN ONLY BE USED FOR AN 8 WEEK PERIOD, WITH A 4 WEEK BREAK BETWEEN USAGE. DO NOT TAKE MORE THAN 3 CAPSULES IN A 24 HOUR PERIOD.
